Assuming stock suspension then-
205/45-17
or
215/45-17
If you lower your MINI then-
205/45-17
205/40-17
or
215/40-17
+37mm offset makes the wheel stick out from the wheel wells so the tire must not be taller than stock tire diameter or you risk rubbing with any lowered MINI.
