So both the front and the reas street compounds support the OEM sensors?

wear sensor

I just got off the phone with the guys over at Carbotech-Chris, Dan and Mike Jr., and they told me that they can put the wear sensor cutout on their AX6 autox compound as well as their race compounds. All you have to do is ask for it when you order. Does anybody else offer that for anything other than street compounds? I love the info. I get from these guys. Gotta go racing!!!!!

Actually, the wear sensor is not that important. You can live without it. It's good to have it but it's not a must. This hole will never force me to go for a pad manufacturer from the other. Got my point Mike?

My ATE originals don't give off too much dust and have improved feel for sure. Although, the stock BMW pads do the job very well.

Mike, CT look a little bit pricy. Hawks would cost $95/set for the front and $72/set for the rear. This is same size and same ceramic compound. Hawk's is like 75% of CT's price. Maybe the only advantage I see in CT is that they are willing to do the wear sensor hole.

All the Hawk pads have sensor slots in the front, but non in the rear.

Until you get on the track... lol, or drive with any spirit at all. My pads would fade driving around town .

check out the review

Hey guys! Go to product reviews, click brakes, then pads and read the product review. It's pretty informative.
