>>I've looked around the car and in the manual, I can't find how much air I should put into the 17' rynflat performance tires that came with my Mini. Can anyone help me?

For MC with Goodyears use the same 30 psi F and R
I looked in the door jam on the drivers side and found the following:
For MC in 15 or 16" rims
For 2 to 4 people inflate tires to 30 to 35 psi
For MCS in 16 or 17" rims
For 2 to 4 people inflate tires to 33 to 38 psi
30 and 33 psi are good places to start.

It's up to you to see what works best for you. If you have the time and inclination to change the air pressure then you can adjust. I run mine with 33 psi only and if I know that I will need the 38 will I do the change but that is rare.
Too much pressure and the tires will run with a rougher ride and slightly less contact on the outer tread.
Too little pressure and the tires will run with less response (sluggish) and with more contact (increased rolling resistance).
I have even run them with 33 on the front and 38 on the back to try to reduce understeer when on the track.
It worked a little.

The door placard actually suggests different amounts for M+S vs. performance summers with 30 suggested for summers but higher for all-seasons (33 IIRC). I have the Goodyear Eagle NCT5 EMT 195/55R16s and find 30 is a bit low. I prefer 33 on the fronts and 33.5 on the rears. In winter with snows of the same size (Dunlop SP Wintersport M3 DSSTs) on I often prefer even more, 34 or so on the front and 35-36 on the rear for good cornering.
Note that suggested tire pressures are usually for 100MPH (160km/h) and lower. To go faster, you need higher pressure to prevent heat buildup. 170km/h needs 1 PSI more, 180km/h needs 2 PSI more and 190km/h needs 3PSI more. Higher speeds may need even more. 33PSI on the summer runflats should have you good to 190km/h or ~120MPH.
