You freakin' perfectionist, you...

All hail Dr. Mike, killer of all parts... Well, killing them makes them better, right?

Has anyone test-fitter Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.2 in 15x7? If so, what offset is optimal?

Or how about a good source for Team Dynamics Pro Race 1?

I don't have the BDM kit yet, but if I do upgrade my brakes, it will probably be this kit. So I want to buy wheels that will work with it.

Just an FYI, but we've got an 11.75 x 0.81" version of our kit in the works by request - many people like our BDM kit, but don't want to buy new wheels to accomodate the massive profile of the BDM rotor and caliper... We'll call it the BDM Jr. kit...

The new 11.75 x 0.81" kit will have all the same features and same bits as its big brother, but will have a thinner rotor (for those that don't need 1.25" of goodness!) and different hat...

We'll release pricing and full information on the BDM Jr. 11.75 x 0.81" kit soon...

Other people with this kit: chime in! How is it holding up to the laps on track?

Knowing what I know now, if I were buying another brake kit for track use, I'd make sure of the following things:

1. Air is directed towards the rotors
2. The rotors are thicker than .81
3. The wheels offer some room for the brakes to breathe

So far for the one day with only 3 of 4 sessions run it was fine.

Haven't had enough track time this year.

I've used mine for one track event so far as well. It was at TMS using the roval course with a chicane just after start/finish. Last year at this event I spent half of every session managing brake fade. Stock calipers / TSW rotors / EBC yellows. Remember, this is August in Texas. The MINI told me that it didn't drop below 100 till the last run session just after 11:00 PM. Yes, its a night DE.

This year with the BDM I drove hard into every brake zone for the entire session. And I was running R-comp tires this year too. Even triggered the ABS a couple times a session. The R-comps gave up before the brakes. I couldn't be more pleased.

That's cool--how did you get the red paint on your brake rotors to stay under heavy braking? haha!! Smokin'...
