Bummed with TireRack Service
How dare you sir. I have met XBook. I have heard about his girlfriend. To imply that she would cheat on him is uncalled for. All she wanted was some tires and a slap on the *** for $25.
Gang Bang!!!
I on the other hand, know how to talk to a chick, baby.

And yet you keep insisting I call you Bid Daddy Loder with those same lips....
It is all about the quality of the ***, I will have you know...
As long as I take my meds between 6 and 6:30..
What about all those promises of financial support you have made to me?
This just proves that you never listen to me. It's about J. Gordon Liddy, Buddhism and the NASA Moon mission..

I might be predictable, moody and intoxicated, but I am never easy.
I prefer ma'ams myself.

Don't listen to Skippy. He thinks he is "Taurus", but he is more like Aries with Cancer rising (translation: he is a lamb with crabs).
Two points...or one point and one question.
First, I have to agree with the folks who think the Tire Rack could have done more. If the customer is not at fault, I think the Tire Rack could have secured a life-long business relationship by catering more to the customer. Okay, they may lose money on this particular deal, but they may get more business (and money) in the long term. Happy customers become loyal customers and spread the word. Witness all the NAM folks coming to the defense of the Tire Rack. The customer didn't choose the shipper, the Tire Rack did. They should deal with the shipper. In an ideal world, the customer should have been able to walk away from that situation/transaction saying "Wow, what a great vendor!" But if the vendor doesn't want to go that way, that's their business decision, but they should not be surprised or disappointed if some folks choose to find a different vendor. Even though the vast majority of customers seem to have had good-to-great experiences with Tire Rack, the vendor only gets once chance to make a good first impression. Sounds like they could have done a bit better on this case. That's my two cents.
Second, I knew Tire Rack was a sponsor of NAM and I have been thinking for a while about new wheels and tires. I've been contemplating getting them from the Tire Rack. However, I was going to just go online or call the number in the MC2 advertisement. What's this about going through Alex? Is he the local NAM rep through which we all should be placing orders? Does he get a commission for this? Do we get a NAM discount? What's the story?
Thanks.

i think tirerack did everything they should have done.
cheap customers will always be cheap... complainers
will always complain. and the buyer selects the carrier
during check-out.
loyalty only works on customers that repetitively purchase...
and not everyone buys tires/wheels frequently. and im not
going to be hit with higher prices when i make my purchases
at TR caused by selfish acts by other customers.
no thanks

I guess I just didn't think that because a first time customer feels a vendor could do more to try to resolve a problem that was not the customer's fault that the customer must be a cheap complainer. Frankly, I give my customers more credit and respect than that, especially when they haven't yet established a pattern of being disrespectful of me or my business.

........but he is neither a complainer or cheap. As his current girlfriend's former on and off again lover, I resent you accusing him as such.
