Taking off rotors
Probably, but it's pretty easy in theory.
Remove the wheel.
Remove the brake caliper (might actually be optional) - there are two slider pins that need to be removed. There are plastic caps on the end of a rubber boot. Remove the caps (they just pull off), then use an allen wrench (most likely an allen bit in a socket wrench) to remove the two pins.
Now for the possibly tricky part - there's a torx head bolt that holds the rotor to the hub. If you live in a place where the car is exposed to salt, it will be rusted. Removing this bolt can be a royal pain. You will need an impact wrench of some sort. If it's rusted, you'll probably end up just breaking the head off the bolt. But, that's okay. The bolts only purpose in life is to keep the holes in the brake rotor lined up with the holes in the hub when the lug bolts are removed.

When you get the rotors off, clean that little screw with a wire brush and use some antiseize on the threads so it will come off 'more-better' next time. Or, even if you don't intend to pull the rotors, the next time you rotate or have a wheel off, pull the screw, clean, antiseize and replace... this will save you several 'FLWs' in the future.

To get the rotor off, you must remove the caliper AND remove the caliper mounting bracket. And yup those torx screws can be monsters! I actually had to drill the head off of the fronts on mine because the torx stripped out. I bought some allen head screws to replace them- they seem to work a little bit better.

Can I possibly suggest using heat or presoaking in a solution before trying to remove them. It may make life easier in the long run. I use a small propane torch ($15) at Hoome Depot. Just be careful of the brake lines, please.
