I wanted to let everyone know that The Tire Rack corrected a problem in a quick, helpful and professional manner.

I ordered a set of SSR C-RS wheels in 17x7.5 with tire pressure monitors and Continental 215/45R17 Conti Sport Contact 3 tires.

Unfortunately they arrived with the wheels designed for 12.5 mm lug bolts, not the 14mm as ordered.

After a call to Owen, ext. 647, a complete new set of tires, wheels and tpm was on the way. Three business days later and I'm ready to roll. Everything came FedEx today. These will be bolted on the day before an alignment on the 1st of June; can't wait to feel the improvement.

Keep in mind, all of this customer service was provided and I still have the original order awaiting UPS to pick it up and return to The Tire Rack.

Ouch on the error but good to hear about the fast fix.

Do the rims look any different? How can you tell besides it fits?

Why not make one rim that fits all MINIs?

The wheels look the same, only difference are 15mm bolt holes.
