2002 Mini Cooper being parted out. I wrecked my Cooper S track car and bought this car for its chassis and body (which is just about the only thing not for sale) to transfer my cars internals to.
just about everything else is available. interior is not in the best of shape, but definitely some good pieces in there.
The motor is not running well. Starts and sputters, can be driven around the block but stalls and shakes, misfires, etc...
5spd Transmission seems to be decent shape.
Dirt cheap pricing, especially if you pick up from San Jose so I don't need to ship. Just name the part and price you want to pay and I'll do what I can to accommodate. I'm just trying to get rid of all this to clear out my shop and get my other car's internals into this one.
Started disassembly today. Seats surfaces are in good condition. Dark gray interior. Door windows available, door window power motors don't seem to work.
I would be interested in the engine bay Heat Shield (the tin metal) that keeps the heat away from alternator/starter/coolant tank etc. from the exhaust header/pipes.

Got more of the car pulled apart. Here is a list of parts in decent shape in case folks are interested:
- seat belts
- silver dash trim
- air bag control module (can be reset/flashed and used)
- body control module
- ECU for R50 (non-S) w/ matching EWS, ignition, and key. Key is in bad shape, but works
- fuses & relays galore
- 5-speed transmission
- stock exhaust & manifold
- door windows
- rear hatch
- front hood
- front fenders
- headlights (non xenon)
- wiper blades & motor
- rear wiper & motor
Are the white mirror caps available and in good condition?

Would you have the nuts that hold the headlights in place
Ill check, but I think they may be mixed in a big box of nuts and bolts I was gonna toss. Will let you know if I can find them. How many of the 6 do you need?
Need to get the engine and transmission out of my shop, taking too much space. The transmission seems to be healthy, engine has many healthy bits on it like alternator, AC pump, etc... but overall doesn't run well internally. I am happy to even give it away for free or close to free if someone wants to come pick it up and save me the hassle of disposing of it.
