Was this for a car with comfort access.

 

Not with comfort access. I am not sure that matters as the key will have to be programmed by Mini anyway. A quick call to them to see. I just know it was super expensive when I got the stupid fob and it did not fix the problem of why I had to be on top of my car to unlock it. Turns out it was my mirror. I want to say I paid over $200. But, if you have a fob that is all beat up- this is a great deal.

I was under the impression once it’s programmed, it cannot be reprogrammed?

 

Hmmmm- I am not 100% sure about that. I will call Mini to make sure.
