Suspension Koni FSD: Is this normal?
Koni FSD: Is this normal?
I just had Koni FSDs installed and noticed that the left and right side look different when looking in the wheel gap. I did a couple of searches and although I found comparable images, the disparity between the two sides leaves me curious. The yellow bumper is noticeable only on the driver's side. Is this normal? Thanks in advance for any feedback. Here are a couple of pics:
somebody screwed the pooch. I installed mines when I swiched out the stock ones and also installed I.E fixed camber plates. Yellow bump stops are equidistant on both sides. I bet some one some how installed a bump stop on one side upside down.
Part of the bumpstop should be visible if the boot is attached correctly and the bumpstop is installed upright but this will not affect ride height; there is no harm done if the bumpstop is upside down or the dust boot is placed differently. If there is truly a difference in ride height between the two sides then one strut may not be fully inserted into the steering knuckle.
