The tires have tread so I figured I'll rip them apart then replace them. The rear sway bar is in sight. I want to get the IC installed and then get the car tuned. Then start playing with suspension. The stock set up is not bad. I'm trying to figure out canned tune or custom tune. Any suggestion?

Coilovers are more of a PITA than they are worth for the street (maintenance, adjustment--lots of places to get lost or spend money). Just stick with good set of lowering springs and koni or bilstein shocks, they will be better day to day. There are lots of threads on these shocks.
It is a street car after all and even for the track you will find a noticeable difference with just a really good setup.
