Can anyone tell me what size the sway bar is on the sports package?

 

I believe the rear bar is 17mm. As for the front bar I don't know. Coopers with a sport package get the suspension that's standard on the MCS.

 

So if you order an MCS w/ sport package, you're paying the same as an MC order would but getting less? That sucks.

 

I terms of rear bars: I was under the impression (I.E. seeking kowledgable clarification) that Cooper stock was 17mm hollow bar, and S stock was a 19mm hollow bar.

 

Stock S is 17mm solid.

 

dang! I've got a 25.5mm rear sway bar on my current MCS. :-)

 

02-06 Cooper Sports package did not included Xenon Headlights. It included the Sport Seats instead. Also the cooper sports package did nothing to the suspension/swaybar. You could order the sports suspension plus on the cooper which gives it the same suspension as the s model.
