m7 springs vs. h-sport springs???

Hi everyone. I'm in the market for a new set of springs but am having difficultly in choosing between the m7 and h-sport springs. Do both spring sets lower the rear a bit more than the front? It looks like it in the pictures I've seen in this forum. Also, which would be preferable for a comfortable everyday commute and aggressive driving? Any help would be appreciated!

I have an 06 MCS, and I have the M7 springs on stock shocks and struts. The car lowered almost 2 1/2 in front and rear. If going to use lowered springs be absolutely sure your have a quality strut bar- like M7. I have almost 22 k on the girl, and I live in the Chicagoland area. You know what kind of roads are out hear!!!
