Polyurethane Bump Stops?

Can anyone point me to where I can buy some good quality polyurethane bumpstops. Pics of them would help a lot too.

Thanks!

Hard bump stops are generally considered to be not a good idea.

They're in a lot of kits, including the one I currently have. They're probably quite durable...more so than rubber. Can you determine hardness? If so,perhaps my original reply was too quick...I should know that there is more than one correct answer.

I would consider investigating the progressive type bumpstops found in may of todays suspensions - these are typically not, if ever, made from poly. I began to look at these from an aftermarket perspective a while back. I sort of lost interest because I wasn't getting anyhwere with anyone.

I suggested Megan look at these a while back too, because of a lack of suspension travel. These would have potentially allowed their kit work a bit better...

I drilled them out to make a larger hole for the pistion to slide in, but for some reason the bushings still find a way to squeak.

Are you sure it is the bump stops? Several of the after-market rear swaybars are known to have noisy bushings if not kept lubricated.

Yup, that's also where I got springs to retrofit my Megan struts.

I bought two each of the 19-24mm bump stops (so I can decide by direct evaluation rather than someone else's advice) and a pair of Ground Control's spec Eibach springs (slightly barrel shaped) at 375lb.....though I'm still undecided whether I should go with their 440s instead.....

(375lb ~ 6.7kg and 440lb ~ 7.86kg)
