no no I didn't take it that way! I have three days there and am still a HPDE infant. Watching you and meb fly around in the higher groups in May made me envious (then taking a ride with theduke made me nautious)- I got moved up in Oct, so hopefully we can play together next season!

Dimini - track time is very fun and addictive. It gives you an idea of what you're capable of and how high the capabilities of your car can be. You start to see mods that work as opposed to just look good, and you are surrounded with experienced people who have valuable opinions on everything. It's a worthy challenge, and it is more than enough hobby (and eventually, sport) for even the most difficult to please (like me).

I drove Alex's MCS with the Dinan stage 3 suspension. It felt great - not more harsh than stock, but definitely more planted, especially at higher speeds. All in all my honest opinion is that it's as close to a perfect street suspension as you can get and it will probably do very well on the track also.

I'm still going to upgrade my suspension in stages and ultimately go to coilovers and take advantage of corner balancing the car.

Does anyone have information on where to buy the JCW Suspension at a decent price? (Decent price throws the dealer out :-P)

Do a search on Ebay for JCW. There is a dealer listed on there that sells JCW accessories and they are selling the JCW suspension for less than $800. I'm not sure if that is cheap or not.
