front end clicking

Ok, i'm getting some clicking on both sides of the car.

I just had the subrframe down to do my clutch, and i think it MAY be the swaybar endlinks making the noise.

It only makes noise when im turning or when i hit bumps or uneven road, so that leads me to believe that its most probably the swaybar and endlinks.

while crusing on a road or on the freeway it doent make any noise.

I'm going to test it tomorrow to see if I am right.

my first thing to check when this has happened to me is the wheel studs. Just make sure the wheels are all torqued up.

check that, torqued correctly. i thought that first as i started hearing it when i put new wheels on. i swapped the old ones on and it still did it.

i'm still thinking its the swaybar due to the fact that it shifts noise from side to side, and thats really the only thing besides the steering thats connected on both sides like that.

I did notice that my endlinks werent really tight, and I assume that would make some noise when moving since they take alot of load.

the subframe is all torqued correctly, so theres no shifting. the car tracks dead straight.

Do you have an under-strut system? If so, it needs to be pretty tight or it will rattle. I also had an issue with heim joints on my Alta rear end links rattling. Running the PowerGrid links now.

I'm tellin ya dude, if the endlinks aren't perfectly tight, they will click and clack all day. That's why my rear always makes that noise that i pointed out when we were cruising in my car. My fronts do it now too (I'm ordering new endlinks soon)
