Suspension Help - bad pull to the right!
Help - bad pull to the right!
Dealer replaces driver's side front xenon headlight self-leveling sensor. To do this, they needed to remove to the driver's side axle. I pickup the car and it now pulls HARD to the right whenever I step on the gas.
They re-align it to OEM spec. It still pulls HARD to the right.
I don't believe it has anything to do with the alignment. What could be causign the problem? A bad limited slip diff? Is it possible that an axle is misaligned? Help a brother out... any suggestions?

One part of the problem was related to the installation of powerflex front control arm bushings. That part has been resolved, but the pull is only 50% gone. It is most noticeable on the highway when you're coasting along and then get on the gas about 1/4-1/3 throttle to pass someone or protect your position. The car pulls to the right at 3200 rpm under light throttle. When you get off the gas, the pull stops. At that rpm and throttle position, it can't be torque steer can it?
My only theory at this point is that it had something to do with the way the axle was put back into the OEM limited slip diff. Perhaps one wheel is getting more power than the other? Maybe something is misaligned?
I'm looking for suggestions at this point...
