Bentley say's to replace self locking nuts. Don't overtighten those nuts when installing them. Torque spec = 25 ft. lb.

Just want to confirm, the OEM nuts are self-locking, right?

Yes, and replacing them with same, or similar (my IE camber plates came with nuts and lock washers) is a good idea, I think.

I reused mine. Just make sure you torque them down properly.

I see absolutely no reason those nuts should be changed when installing a strut bar. If you are worried about it go ahead & change them or hit them with a bit of blue Locktite. My strut bar has been on there for 9,500 miles using the original nuts with no problems.

I agree! I reused the original nuts 20,000+ miles ago. I've checked the torgue several times with no lossening at all.
