You do not "need" to change the end links with the rear arms. One of the few reasons to change the rear links is to corner balance the MINI.

The front arms do not have adjustments, the camber in the front is changed with Camber Plates on top of the front springs. http://www.autoxcooper.com/ie_suspension.html
