Yep, the CV's offsets are +38. I meant spacers to raise the rear a bit, since the eibachs lower the rear more than the fronts. I wanted to retain the stock height balance thus the reason for the spacers. Sorry for the confusion.

i thought u meant wheel spacers too, it sure looks it from the rear!! a +38 does real well in the rear

Miniaack,
The shop who installed my springs custom made them. I believe they shaped it from a solid piece of rubber. It looks exactly like the rubber pad where the rear springs sit on, only thicker. Hope that helps.

Okay, my conclusion is that the m7 sprung cars sit the best... Are all you m7 spring owners happy with them?..any rubbing issues - with the car full, etc..?

I LOVE mine. No rubbing, even with 215 45 17 tires on S Lites. Maybe if you run a smaller offset you could rub outside, but probably not unless you run like 40 offset... Anyways, I couldn't be happier! And, the ride IS softer almost all of the time. Check out my thread in photography to see pictures of my ride. "El Gato Tuerto Gets M7 Springs" or something like that, it's called...
