Hey guys..brand new to this mini community..why does no one specify offset on their wheel setup as well? Seems hard to find info on what offsets you all are running..and yes ive searched.

Slammed on Megan Coilovers

 

Which Megans are they? The earlier version, the later version, or the newest one?

 

The current version with shock body on both front and rear spun down for the official ride height adjustment but then i cheated by removing the 2 lock nuts and spun the lower perch all the way down.

 

Very nice looking ride!! What kind of wheels are they?

 

They are KMC Section 8 17 x 7.5

 

Are you using the new shorter spring/shock combo that Megan is sending now ?

Also the shock bodies megan is sending out are not any different they are exactly the same also with the springs.

 

m7 springs, koni yellow shocks, 19mm alta rear sway bar, m7 front strut bar, 17" asa ar2's.

Had to raise the front by 5mm as it was scraping real loud on speed humps and here's how she sits now

So you DO have the new shorter springs and shocks ! How do you like the out come ?

 

Sitting on eibachs.

 

NO they are the exact same shock bodies and springs nothing is shorter. You have to cheat by taking the two locking nuts out spinning the shock body all the way down and then spinning the lower perch all the way down and that is how you get my ride height.
