SuspensionSprings, struts, coilovers, sway-bars, camber plates, and all other modifications to suspension components for Cooper (R50), Cabrio (R52), and Cooper S (R53) MINIs.
Question - Lowering a mini just has to do with replacing the springs? Do you need new shocks? Trying to learn something here! I assume lowering the R53's and R56 for the most part is the same...

To lower your Mini you just need springs. No other suspension parts are needed just to lower the car. You might however need lower rear control arms to bring your camber back to normal so keep that in mind.
i'm pretty sure i have posted here, but to help you with your red/green... see below. h&r sport springs... which are GREEN. this was maybe a week after i put them in... i think it might be a tad lower now.
e/c is my with HR RSS coilovers and the conv. is friends with m7 springs have to raise a little do to wearing out the rear tires camber is really off also kinda stuck because have stoptech in the front and there a limited 17" for the front still trying to figure something out dont want to raise the handling is incredable.. but tire are costing too much

Get lower control arms for the rear, and camber plates for up front. That way you can put your camber setting exactly where you'd like.
Finally, after almost 3 years, I got Chad at DT to install H-Sports, Koni Yellows, Hotchkiss Rear Control Arms ( and 4 new ball-joints). I love my new ride.

Not to get off topic, but how did you do that silver inset on the side? It's really, really nice!
