Torque spec needed HELP!

I bought a lower brace bar in Japan and have to undo these bolts (front control arm?) to put it on. Can someone tell me what the torque spec is?

Thanks

it look more like the front subframe, and if im looking at the bentley diagram properly it states 74 ft/lb for the mid-chassis attachment point
