Suspension Instructions for RDR Camber plates with PSS9
Instructions for RDR Camber plates with PSS9
Hi all,
Does anyone know where I can obtain pictorial installation instructions of the RDR camber plates with coilovers?
I just received the RDR camber plates, quick question for RDR camber plate owners, I noticed the 3 bolts on each of the camber plate seems to be fitted in the opposite side of the camber plates, maybe to avoid damage during shipping, so during installation I would require to unscrew the bolts and screw them from down up right?Hope you guys understand what I am trying to explain...
thanks alot in advance for any directions...
cheers

Hmm, not sure I understand exactly what you are saying. The plates install with the slots facing down and the raised cone facing up. Basically you assemble the spring mount and bearing to the strut, place the plate on top, and then install the strut, lining up the holes in the plate with the holes in the shock tower and installing the bolts from the top. Then you put the adjustment plate on with it's two bolts, slide it to the most verical position, and tighten everything up. Then you head to the alignment shop. At least, that's the way I remember it.

Thank you for your advise..really appreciate...
If I undersood you correctly, the camber plates will be installed under A or above A? (see circled part in the picture). Does anyone have under bonnet picture of installed RDR camber plates?Sorry for my ignorance...
,just like to be sure...
(PS:Apologise to the owner of the photo for no permission of usage before posting the photo.I do not have any ready photo in hand.)
Cheers
The large triangular plate goes underneath (the top of the shock tower). At one point Randy Webb had, I think, illustrated RDR plate instructions on his web page at one time so you might want to navigate around http://store.webbmotorsports.com/ to see if you can find them.
printed rdr plate instructions?
Did a search and this is the only thread that poped up.
I picked up a used set of RDR camper plates and need the instructions.
E-mailed Helex and no replonse. If you have the instructions it would be great if you could e-mail them or even fax them. Let me know.
thanks J
