control arms; h-sport or helix?

i have h-sport springs which i really like. anyone out there using the rdr control arms??? i want to get an opinion on them vs the h-sport arm.....
i was going to replace stock with the h-sport but just noticed that the rdr control arms are $60 less and a slightly different configuration; straight bars with the adjustment at the end instead of in the not quite middle of the bar. any opinions out there???

The H-Sports are probably the easiest to adjust. If you won't be changing your alignment often, then maybe that's not a huge consideration. The H-Sports don't make the ride quite as jolting as those with heim joints, like the RDRs or Altas (which I have now). If you don't mind a little more flex and cushioning in your set-up, I'd look more at the H-Sports. If you want to shed a few pounds, and really firm-up things while cornering, then the RDR's...

I have H-sport adjustable rear lower control arms- rough weight is same as stock not lighter, like RDR arms. H-sport arms have polyurethane joints that are more comfortable for street use- no complaints from me. RDR are better suited for serious applications (track) and reduced weight. I like the looks of the H-sports from the rear- matches my indi blue.

If you care about autocross classing then you should get the H-sport's as they are STS and STX legal where the RDR's are not, neither is stock legal. I started on the RDR's but when they were declared illegal switched to the H-Sport's. I could not tell a difference in ride but as already mentioned the H-Sport's are easier to adjust as well.

I use the RDR's, I set them and forget them. My suggestion is since you will not be makng any adjustments after the alignment i would buy the RDR since they are cheaper, also since you are changing springs make sure to check your shocks at regular intervals, its been stated that OEM shocks wear faster with aftermarket springs.
