My RSpeed came with them also but it didn't have instructions for them and I didn't bother putting them on.

My question: Did you have to grind a bit on the sub-frame (above the rings & bushings) to make them fit, without rubbing on the sub-frame?
I occasionally hear some stange noise come from back there, and I'm guessing it's sometimes hitting the springs.

The noise from my 22mm bar is very rare... it mainly seems to happen when going stright... sometimes over a bump. Sometimes, just starting out going stright. I am going have to put the car up on stands and take a look to see if I can figure what is causing the noise.

Put it up on stands, undo the links to the bar and rotate the bar to see if it can move freely. Mine was squeeking on some seam sealer. I just loosened up the mounts and pulled the bar back, problem solved.

Thanks... those are all helpful tips to look for.
I am not sure if the R-Speed is the same as the other bar.
