Sporty Street coilovers? Eibach? H&R? Koni?

I am considering a set of coilovers ... mainly for fast street driving.

I heard that the PSS9 are relatively stiff, so i would like to find one set that is a little less stiff, but still gives excellent handling ...

Assuming PSS9, H&R, H&R RSS, KW variant 2, Eibach Pro-Street, Koni ... what would be the the stiffest and which the softest?

Any other choices?

H&R's and PSS9's are on the stiff side...You should be fine with the KW V.2

Don't forget Leda.

BTW, the perceived stiffness depends on the springs used with the damper as well as the damping rate.

How about the Eibach coilovers or Koni? How are these, stiff?

Exactly.

According to one thread, the H$R springs are very pliable with Bilstein SP dampers. The PSS9's are progressive rate springs by the way. I just ordered a set.

My PSS9s is just a wee bit firmer that my OEM set-up, very driveable on the street on the softest setting, if you are used to an 02 / early 03 SS+ suspension the the PSS9s will be great on their softest setting for around town driving. Pot holes and changes in pavement level of more that 3/4 inches will be jarring just as it was with the SS+, but body roll will be no more. I have put 10K miles on them and loving every mile.
