Correct torque specs on strut tower bolts on 05' MCS??

I am installing a strut tower brace on a 05' MCS soon. I would like to know what is the correct torque spec on the strut tower bolts. Also, should I worry about messing up the factory camber settings as I am loosening the bolts?

I heard the a strut tower brace might help with preventing windshield cracks. Is this just an "urban legend"?

Thanks!

Torque the strut tower bolts to 25 ft-lbs. No worries on messing with camber.
