Anyone have any info/rumors about when and if the JCW suspension will be made available for pre-'05 MCSs? I realize that there is a slight change in the bodywork between '04 and '05, but the kit is being installed on earlier MCS models in the UK. MINIUSA has thus far only allowed fitment to recent '05 models. Even a MINIUSA bulletin infers that with slight adjustment the suspension can be fitted to pre-'05s.

I'm getting frustrated that MINIUSA tells me that there is "no news" but to keep checking back. It's almost as if MINIUSA would rather give the sale away to Dinan, Bilstein, Koni, et. al. rather than give the option to the existing MCS owner base.

 

No news yet. I feel the same way, but I'm confident they'll release it for 02-04 MINIs. Just a matter of time.

Thanks for giving me the link to that earlier thread. Looks like I just need to be a little more patient.

 

No need to wait. Just need to get the part numbers from JCG and order. You probably won't be able to get a dealer to install the parts, though.
