I have the same problem, and it sounds like the same bar (with stops and all). Eric at Helix went over the whole thing and couldn't find anyhting loose. Mine is not the end links. I know this because I had that issue as well, and corrected it. I'm interested to hear if this adjustment permanently fixes the problem. Mine is driving me nuts!

I was about to say perhaps your swaybar was rubbing the spring, but I was like naaawww, no way and didn't post.

I'll make sure next time to speak my mind more...
