Daily driver, or track rat? Those have adjustable front camber plates, correct?
For a daily driver, I would shoot for -1.75° each side in the front, and between -1.75° and -2.0° in the rear.
Good Stuff!
Yes adjustable fronts.
I guess I am building a "road driven track rat", not to concerned about tire wear as the tires are the cheapest component on the car
I was thinking about 2 degrees negative for the rear.
Thank you for weighing in!
-2° camber in the rear will be good. Minis gain rear a lot of negative camber under compression in the rear, which helps keep the rear planted. Not going crazy with the rear camber will help keep the car stable and predictable. Going slightly lower front camber will keep the front from gripping too much, and giving a slightly neutral feel.
In my opinion, with a bigger rear bar, keep the r camber -0.25° to -0.5° more than the front. So if your front end up at -1.75°, then set the rear to -2.0° or -2.25°. The bigger rear bar will make the rear loose, but the additional camber over the front will keep it in check.
