Help needed, please!

Hey guys, I posted this info on the wheel and tire forum, and realized I probably should have posted my question in here! I just got Exel E2 wheels w/205/45/17 paradas. The new wheels have an offset of 39, where the stock MINI wheels are 42, I think. The new offset obviously pushes the wheels out toward the fenders a little more, so I'm concerned about rubbing issues when I go to put lowering springs on. Does anybody know if I will have any problems? Thanks, and I look forward to your replies!

I believe that 39 offset pushes them out toward the fenders. It isnot much of a difference between 39 and 42. But sometimes it only takes a few mm to rub. You may want to go with a spring that has less drop I think H&R have less than 1" compared to eibach that has over 1"
