AfterMarket lower control arm noise

So about a month ago i ordered H&R lowering springs and Bilstein b4 shock absorbers to replace the stock ones with 68,000 miles on them. After successfully doing this I drove the car around for 50 miles before I got an alignment. I had no problems or noises. After getting it aligned and then telling me they couldn’t get the rear camber back to -2 degrees like recommended. So I went and got a pair of aluminum adjustable control arms from Ireland engineering. I put them on and took the car in for another alignment. Shortly after driving on the new setup noises starting coming from what sounds like the rear control arms. I’ve made sure everything is tight. Mini dealership says they don’t know or don’t want to mess with it. And the technicians at my work can’t figure it out either. The noise sounds metallic and clunky but nobody has been able to find out why. I’m stuck and need help please let me know!

Did you get the street arms with the urethane bushings, or the race arms with the metal rod ends?

I would triple check that all the bolts are tight, and make sure the lock nuts on the arms are secure.

I assume you removed the sway bar end links to install the suspension, also? I would triple check that all the sway bar nuts are tight.

If you are still at a loss, it would be pretty inexpensive to replace the sway bar links. They can appear to be tight, and still make some noise.

Check the toe adjustment bolts, they might have not tightened them.
