R57 Suspension OEM Replace

Hello, I'm looking for advise and your experience with the R57 Suspension. Really all I want to do is smooth out the ride not looking to lower or lift it. The first thing to go will be the run flats they are like driving on wagon wheels. What advise or experience do you have with just updating the OEM to an after market suspension to help with smoothing out the ride. What brands would you recommend?

I'm using Bilstein B6 shocks now, and am pretty happy. If you are not lowering it, the koni FSD (now called special active) also have some good reviews. I've used Koni Yellow shocks in the past and it was a nice improvement in ride over factory as well.

You are right, changing to standard tires will be an improvement over runflats, 16" will be a better ride if you have 17" now.

Don't be afraid to reach out to one of the sponsors of this forum to get their opinion. waymotorworks.com, ecstuning.com, and outmotoring.com are some choices.

Have fun,
Mike

+1 on the FSD/Special Active (SA?) strurs. Also, consider replacing the RSB with a stiffer adjustable.
