If you were to increase the roll stiffness of the rear bar (larger diameter bar), this would INCREASE oversteer. Correct?

you are correct. In stock form the MSC has a tendency to understeer....increasing the diameter of the rear sway bar will increase the oversteer giving the car an almost perfect balance. There is an article about this in the latest issue of Roundel.
