I'm planning to do a suspension upgrade to Koni Yellows and NM Alpha Springs on my 2009 Coopers S. So many good reviews on the forum and it fits my budget and purposes for fit and handling. I've already upgraded my rear sway bar and I plan to upgrade my front control arm bushings to Powerflex poly.

My question is, do the Koni's come with bump stops or do I need to purchase some new ones?

I don't want to cut my current bump stops as I'd like to keep those intact. It looks like Waymotorworks has a bump stop kit for lowered MINIs that would be a good solution.

The Konis will not come with bump stops. You will have to figure out a solution for those. The shorter ones from Way would probably be the best option with lowering springs to keep some travel and not make the ride too harsh with the new springs.

 

No the Konis don't come with bump stops. So you can either cut the stock ones, or go with our shorter ones either way will work fine.
