YEAH..BABY! Finally got M7 springs on!!


Black car has stock springs on...Check out the different!



Love the springs! I really feel more grip on the corners.

M7 recommends cutting the bumpstops in half on all of their spring installations. We did that with our project car here, and I've had no problems on the pothole infested roads here pgh.

hummm....I think the different on cutting the bumpstops is so little. I have no problem on any bumps...only those speed bumps that I have to turn the car up sideway....look how low the front bumper is.

But I also believe that the S's lower a bit more than the Cooper

H&R sport springs

Had H&R on my 03 MCS and 19s with 215/35 and the ride height was .5" lower than stock but the back tires were rubbing the plastic wheel liners...holes (2 or 3) on either sides. when you run 18s with 215/35 the car rides low enough to scrape drive ways and speed bumps. Handled better as they were weighted but overall ride was softer.

The drop on the jcw suspension is minimal - on the order of 1/2 "- 3/4".

have some pics of the 19s but how do you udload them to the thread?? i have a small pic on my gallery with in NAM. I believe you have to have the pics on a web inorder to point to them..I think
