Damper Settings with Swift Spec-r Springs

I am pondering upgrading to the swift spec-r and was wondering what what rebound settings people were running with koni yellows?

I'm about to install the swifts and yellows as well. The Dinan set up was to have the fronts at 1 full turn from soft and the rears at 7/8 of a turn from soft. I'm going to try that set up. I am not sure but I thought Dinan used Eibach springs with their suspension. I have not found information on comparing the Swift spec-r to the Eibach springs. Many people liked the Dinan route so I'm going to do my best to emulate it.

The dinan springs are different than the eibach sport springs but dinan springs are made by eibach.

The little information i could get out of my dinan rep was the springs are linear and 20-40% stiffer than stock. With that i estimate them to be 200-230lb/in.
My instruction sheet said 1 turn from full soft on front and rear. This is similar to the recommendation that TSW made for their spring that are 200lb/in. So i assume they are very near 200lb/in, i got the suspension when dinan was closing them out and pretty much got the springs for free when i bought the yellows and both the tsw and swifts were out of stock everywhere.

With that i estimated that you would need more than 1 turn due the increase spring rate (+40% and +54% over dinan) . My guess would be 1.5 turns from full soft for front and rear, maby an 1/8 softer in the front.

I also heard that the Koni yellows can only really handle 400lb/in and that the first and last half turns are widely regarded as almost useless for adjustment. So with 1 turn at 200 and 2.5 turns at 400lbs assuming the rate is linear i get 1.6f/1.8r.

Rebound rate is directly related to spring rate. This is taking a few assumptions so that is why i asked. Be warned some people still think that the **** on the yellow is directly related to comfort / performance. Running rebound outside its optimal range will have a negative affect.

I am no expert but this is the information i have gathered, if i am way off someone pleas educate me.
