I ended up figuring it out. here are a couple pics that may help someone else out. I dont have pics of the adjusters themselves at the rear, but I was able to get them to come out the sides of the trunk carpet, just behind the rear seats. They stick out about .5"
If you pop out the rear seat (just pulls up at front and out) and look towards the outer seat belt anchors, this is where the hole ends up. There is indeed wiring looms on both sides. I had a friend hold a piece of metal above where I was drilling to make sure I didnt hit them. You can kind of pull them aside as well. I used a step bit and it made a nice hole. Make sure the hole is a little bigger than you think because the shock will pivot a bit when its going over bumps. Also, you can remove the top adjuster **** so you only have to drill a 1/4" hole in the carpet to get it out - looks really clean.

This is the max ride height for the megan coilovers. The rear sits higher than I thought it would - it may even be higher than stock?! It needs to go down >1" to match the front drop. The install directions called for 80mm of threads to be screwed in when adjusting the height at the front, and 30mm in the rear, so its got plenty of adjustment to go down.
