Spring Rates

I cant find spring rates for the many springs offered for MINIs anywhere! If anyone knows any spring rates post them here please? I would like to lower my R55 JCW, but I don't want my ride to become softer. I'd ideally like to keep the same ride. I am looking at lowering with stock suspension, and in the future Koni Yellows.

If anyone knows the spring rates to any of the many springs it'd be appreciated if you post it; if you know a link to what I am asking please link me (I searched but to no avail).

Thanks!

i'm gonna bump this post, as it's been on my mind lately.

a lot of different OEM spring rates out there for the mini... anyone know what any of them are? i think the last i looked, i thiiiink it was guesstimated like the standard were ~160lbs, sport ~180lbs, jcw ~200lbs

anyone know where/how to get an answer? the 'compressing the springs with force and measuring' doesn't work, as the springs are progressive i believe.
