Out of control feeling when gas pushed

I notice that if i press on the gas hard from a stop position it feels like my mini is out of control. Is this normal? What could it be? at 102k miles

Exactly what do you mean by "out of control feeling"? Doesn't track straight? Torque steer?

If I had to guess I'd say control arm bushings; or another front suspension component. Worn control arm bushings will contribute to wheel hop, tracking, basically the wheels going where you aren't pointing them, loose, uncontrolled steering feel.
