H&R Suspension, too many options!

So there are springs, cup kits, coilovers. Any of them actually a preferred product?

I see they have 2 cup kits, 2 different coilovers as well as springs.

How do they compare to some of the KW products?

Coilovers are awesome. KW and ST are made in the same warehouse

Yea, I have read about the ST's. Do you happen to know the spring rates on them?

ST coilovers use a Progressive Spring Rate for the Front and the Rear is 230lbs/inch.
