Thoughts on Alta R50 Suspension Package

I'm looking at getting a sway bar and maybe springs. I was thinking 19mm, but this package deal on Alta's website got my attention. Can anyone offer some insight on an 18mm bar and these springs?

My main goals are better handling and turn in, a bit of a lower stance would be nice but not a top priority. Not worried about the ride being a little rougher than stock, just want to squeeze more fun out of my R50!

For $280, seems a decent deal, though 18mm might not be as big of an improvement.

The bar is adjustable and larger than an OEM JCW bar of 17mm so there is improvement there. Just crank it up to tightest setting for some great handling.

In winter months remember to go back to the lowest settings so you dont do 360*'s on the off ramps.

Thanks for the input. I am still looking, there are a lot of options. Right now the H&R 19mm bar from OutMotoring seems to be the best price at $129.95, I may go that direction and hold off on springs.

If anyone actually has this kit, or an 18mm bar period, I'd love to hear about it!

Hold off and go for a 19mm, the 18 isn't enough difference. Also when I've driven cars with the 18mm bar they car would start to rotate and then stop mid turn, very annoying and not smooth.
