H&R Springs

Whats the ride comfort like on H&R springs? HEard they give a very nice drop? Is Eibach any better?

I had H&R springs on my 2003 MCS. The ride was fine. Not any stiffer than stock because they are progressive rate springs. They also worked fine at track days. I liked the amount of drop but would have liked a little more drop in the front but that can be fixed by trimming the bottom strut mount so the strut sits a little lower in the bottom holder.

The JCW springs on my 2006 MCS ride stiffer than the H&R springs.

Pretty good IMO - equivalent to JCW springs from the JCW suspension but just a nice bit lower.... slightly firmer but that just means slightly less body roll = good.

I have 35mm H&R springs on JCW shocks - perhaps the great ride that I have is in part due to the improved JCW shocks too....
