Suspension advice needed. What would you upgrade?
2004 MCS, totally stock, 30k miles.
There's been a rattle in the front recently, figured it was the control arm bushings, but turns out it was the sway bar bushings. This still requires dropping the sub-frame, so I'm gonna go ahead and do the Powerflex control arm bushings and probably the Powerflex engine/tranny mounts.
Question is, what else should I replace/upgrade while the sub-frame is dropped?
Car will be 99% daily driver, but may do some AX or driving school at some point and I do enjoy 'spirited' driving. I do not mind a harsher ride in exchange for better handling. Mileage is only 30k, so nothing should be worn out. However, as long as they are in there I might as well replace/upgrade the...???
Any advice would be much appreciated...

Your smart by going ahead and doing the control arm bushings. The labor overlaps alot with the swaybar bushings. Powerflex does also make the swaybar bushings. Check the ball joints just in case you have a worn one. And lastly just cause you have it apart you can install the powerflex steering rack bushing.
