Update:

I will take my car soon to a shop to install everything including the lightened Crank Pulley, unfortunately MINI is not a well known car in my country so its nearly impossible to find a shop that worked on one before.

What exactly I can do to help them?

other than the crank pulley (which I personally think doesn't produce enough improvement to justify the work), the suspension stuff is standard and if they've worked on pretty much any car with struts they'll be able to figure it out.

My concern is the tightening torque and they don't have a service manual for MINI

If you can't find the official numbers, go to the SAE specification. I would assume that Mini is using grade 12.9 metric bolts for suspension components. Use the column on the far right:

Go to the M7 website then go to "install". If you look at the coilover guide for the R56 he's listed many torque numbers.

No, this isnt normal! lol. They may not have properly torqued/tightened the strut bolts that come thru into the engine bay. My recommendation is to find a shop/buddy that has an air impact wrench, get the socket on there and blast each one for a second or two to make sure they are tight. Seems like people have had the most problems with that area...

Gilboyto - agreed. I just finished installing H&R springs on my car (w/ stock shocks and struts). An impact wrench is your savior.

Thirsty Fire - what kind of noises are you hearing??? Clunking? Tapping? Vibration?

It is like two metal are hitting each other in both sides left and right it depends on which tire take the bump.

What about the links length? do you think it will cause this kind of sound?

The bolts that come through to the engine bay are only meant to be torqued to around 25Nm aren't they?
