R56 struts interchangeable w/ r53 struts?

I'm trying to source some air ride parts and want to see if anyone knows whether R53 struts bolt up to a R56?

I hope someone can chime in on this. I'm specifically interested in the front struts. EasyStreet already produces univeral air struts that fit the rear. I need to know whether I can bolt up the R53 front struts to a R56.

Thanks for the link, but looking up part numbers isn't going to help me. I need to know if anyone has actually tried bolting them up.

They will not fit as the bolt pattern on the top of the three bolts on top of the strut are positioned differently. Rears will fit providing a spacer is used at the bottom.

Ok, so the strut mount has a different bolt pattern, but what if I swapped the mounts?
