R50/53 Bonnets interchangeable

Bonnets interchangeable

I have an 02 base and was wondering if the bonnets are interchangeable up until 08 base. I saw one for sale and the add says
02-08 as I am looking to buy a new one.

I think it is actually 02 (any bonnet)-06 (any bonnet)/07 (convertible) if I'm not mistaking. You may end up with a hood scoop from an R52 or 53 though if you buy one of those. It will just keep your engine cooler if you do.

The convertible was made through 2008. The hood was the same.
