Suspension Will they know and will they care?
fronjoni,
please lease me your car for only 6 months. I will remove/replace any parts that are on your car that I want to have on my car and return it to you. Deal or no Deal?
What you propose is fraud, plain and simple, and where I live, that means jail time, and then a civil action to get the cost of replacement parts so the dealer can put the car back the way it should have been when you returned it, and can you imagine how much the labor charge will be. 6 months in jail and several thousand dollars is not worth a $500 suspension. And if you don't think they will know, then your too stupid to own a Mini, like I said, lease me yours.
you say you have a degree in Business Admin, if so didn't they teach you about fraud?

you guys are taking this too far
i would not be an accomplice, an accomplice has to be present at the actual crime.
i take back the advice i gave the op on doing this. its against the law and i do not encourage it. you should not swap suspensions.
for everyone else, thank you very much.

Next time your faced with a hard decision like this and you think about this interaction and choose to do the next right thing? Yeah I would have a ton of respect for you. I hope you do, I sincerely hope you do
