M7 spring info

Hi,

I have a 2005 R53 that I am considering purchasing and installing M7 springs on. Could users here with experience and mileage on these springs please post their experience and feedback? Pics always help too!

Cheers,
JonB

Been using them for about 30K as well.

They give a really nice stance, handling is marginally better, ride for me is worse on the highway bumps. I also needed rear control arms to correct the camber in the rear. There's more body roll than I would like, but for a spring setup you can't ask for too much.

You need control arms anytime you lower the rear. Sounds like you need a heavier roll bar and a understrut system.

I'm using a h-sport comp on medium stiffness, I feel like the amount of body roll I feel is in the suspension. It's not too much body roll, just enough to make the car feel a bit soft on quick direction changes.

I've been thinking about an understrut system, but camber plates/coilovers are higher on my list right now, I just need some cash!
